Refund policy

We will inform you via email when we receive your product returned and review it. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

You may also have to wait 7-15 days to get the amount refunded in your credit note. If your purchase were in cash on delivery mode, your payment would be refunded via bank transfer. It normally takes 14 business days to refund your payments either way. So, we need your patience.
