Return, Refund & Exchange

We wholeheartedly respect your choices and preferences. We know sometimes things do not work out the way you expect. That's why we offer a flexible and hassle-free refund and return policy. 

Fabbywear.com wants to keep the customers satisfied in every aspect. That's why we open-heartedly accept your returns. You can freely tell us if you find something wrong with your received order. We will be more than happy to make things right for you.

Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase, there is no need to regret it. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. But make sure that all items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Note: we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and reach our Customer Care at  customercare@fabbywear.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall then attempt replacement delivery at the earliest.

If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.

We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.fabbywear.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), swimwear, gift vouchers and any made to order or altered merchandise.

Refunds

We will inform you via email when we receive your product returned and review it. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 


You may also have to wait 7-15 days to get the amount refunded in your credit note. If your purchase were in cash on delivery mode, we will issue store credit, It normally takes 14 business days to refund your payments either way. So, we need your patience.

Exchanges

If you have yet to get the product in the exact size or color that you have asked for, we happily offer you to exchange it. Feel free to contact us and get the desired product within a 14 working days.
